Central Ohio Modern Quilt Guild

Zoom meeting minutes

Meeting called to order by President Marah Light.
Marah welcomed our guests and perspective members to the meeting and explained
purpose of our guild.

Lissa announced that programming for 2022 has been completed. Programs will
continue to be virtual. Stay tuned for official program announcements.

Members interested in serving on board positions for 2022 should let the
nominating committee know and can contact Kristen or Marah.

Holiday party will be a sew-in and project workshop on December 5. More info
regarding location and sign up will be available on the Guild website. Leslie Storts will
be teaching a pin cushion workshop for those who want to participate. Contact
Lissa if you have questions regarding the workshop.

Becky Campbell, member and founder of Sewforever Quilting by Becky Campbell,
presented a demonstration for English paper piecing Made Modern Simplify EPP
using reusable self-stick templates. Members completed a small project, with
materials provided by Becky. Join Sewforever Quilting on Instagram, Facebook,
Pinterest, and YouTube.

Two color quilts were presented and members recommended options for quilting.
Winner of the $25 gift card was Donna S.
Meeting completed with show and tell, presented by Cassandra.
Next meeting will be on the 2nd Thursday of November at 6:30pm via Zoom.
