Meeting called to order at 6:45 by Cynthia Hughes.

2021 Board positions were announced:

Marah Light, President

Cassandra Beaver, Vice President

Linda Miller, Treasurer

Patty Merrick, Secretary

Charity: open position

Social Media: Kate Schwartz

Social and Membership: Alysha Hibson and Kristen Haegele

Fundraising: Natalie Foley

Membership dues for 2021 will be accepted in January 2021. You will receive the instructions for using PayPal or paying with check. and the amount due via email around the end of the year.

Virtual Sew in is scheduled for January 16, 10 to 2.

The guild is in need of a member for Charity Committee Chair. Please let Marah know if you are interested.

The Charity Quilt for Quilt Con is almost complete! Thank you to all who helped, to Becky Campbell, Kathy Sullivan and eventually to Kristen Haegele for the final finishes.

Thank you to everyone for all the thoughtful gifts for the Secret Santa exchange.
