We had 18 members and 4 guests attend this month.
Susan called the meeting to order at 6:30pm with an ice breaker – what other arts besides quilting do you enjoy?
Elections for the new board

September beginning balance – $4231.35
Income – $250.63
Expenses – $107.60

De-stash sale proceeds – $1030.40
Holiday Party is December 10th at Old Worthington library
Dorothy is heading up the party. She will send out a pattern for making a Snowball quilt block. White or off white corners and holiday inspired fabric on the inside.
Game with pattern exchange during quilter’s version of The Night before Christmas story.

Community Quilt update – Emily
Goal is to have the top done by the end of retreat

Programming – Libby
Brook and Trish thanked for all the help with getting things organized and put together.
Retreat – tonight is the deadline to reserve room at the special rate – 4:00 earliest arrival time for the room
Challenges for next year quilt heard it on vinyl, second is a birthday banner 12×36
Binding – Patty, Barb – Chris G and Mary M were also available to assist with ideas and to answer questions.
Show and tell was held and meeting was adjourned.
